Summary
King Dujalu and his army (comprising humans and jinn) enter the terrifying, monster-filled forest of Sauratul Auzur on their four-month journey to the Sea of Sufiya to retrieve the magical sword, Saiful Lujara. Along the way, his sister, Princess Hursiya, constantly begs him to continue narrating the epic story of the hero Hantaru.
Deep inside the forest, the army encounters a colossal, hybrid creature—part human, part jinn, and part monster—that has guarded the path for over a thousand years. While everyone else is paralyzed by fear, King Dujalu stands his ground. After an earth-shattering, hours-long battle of sheer strength and magic against the giant entity, Dujalu finally triumphs by driving his sword into its nose, slaying the beast. However, as the massive creature collapses, its heavy neck pins Dujalu to the ground, trapping him beneath its corpse as his cheering army and sister rush forward, unaware of his predicament.

THE NEXT MORNING early in the day, King Dujalu's army stood up and continued their journey, after everyone had settled their stomachs.
Ever since the journey began, King Dujalu noticed that his younger sister, Hursiya, was uneasy. Every time he looked at her, he saw signs of worry filling her face, and he just smiled because he was the only one who knew what was bothering her.
What surprised him was why she wouldn't reveal what was troubling her; nothing else bothered Hursiya except an intense desire to hear the continuation of the story of the hero Hantaru...
